Codes on semi-finished lenses do not follow standard coding rules, which require specific decoding methods to read the information. Based on SmartMore’s-technology, SmartMore has developed an optical lens recognition and sorting machine, equipped with an optical measurement system, to acquire one-stop lens information, including lens focal length and thickness. The lens information is bound to the invisible code, and the sorting equipment pushes the lens into the corresponding end to trace the production cycle.
